Pierce & Associates Incorporated as a full service commercial and residential general contractor in December of 1977. We specialize in
custom renovation ranging from $10,000 to $1 million plus. Our family of certified craftsman work together to provide each client with a quality product for life.

Mark Pierce, owner and president, is a fourth generation builder/developer with over twenty-five year's experience. Mark learned his trade from his grandfather that built many homes in the historic Georgetown area of Washington D.C. One of the many skills Mark still uses today is plaster cast trimming. Pierce & Associates has built a fine reputation for producing high-quality craftsmanship resulting in many repeat customers.
